FLIGHT ENGINEER LICENSE
Civil aviation flight engIneer license issued by the Ministry of Civil Aviation of the USSR, known as MGA, in the 1980s.
The Ministry of Civil Aviation was a government ministry in the Soviet Union.
Formed in August 1964 from the Main Administration for the Civil Airfleet in the Ministry of Defense, MGA provided commercial passenger and cargo service under the Aeroflot brand as well as agricultural and other aerial works.
This license is written in both Russian and English to be used was outside the borders of the USSR and the Eastern Bloc.
